All ticket holders will be informed about this by email no later than Friday, May 22 with detailed information regarding the available options. All valid tickets for Music On Festival 2026 will remain valid for the next edition of Music On Festival. However, if you prefer a ticket refund, that option will be available as well.

All tickets will remain valid for the next edition of Music On Festival. Visitors who still prefer a refund will be able to request one through the process that will be communicated by email.

We can’t guarantee a refund for tickets bought through any other third-party reseller and non-official partners. Please make sure to always buy your tickets through our official channels.
You could try to get in contact with the reseller and/or with the person that has sold you the ticket if you bought it through a third-party reseller, as he/she already received an email with information regarding the refund.

All additional tickets, including locker, parking and shuttle bus tickets, can be carried over to the next edition of Music On Festival. Ticket holders will also have the option to request a refund if they prefer, with full details on how to do so shared by email.
