This can happen if you claimed a ticket purchased by someone else, and also bought add-ons such as a locker or shuttle bus ticket yourself. In that case you are both a ticket claimer and a direct purchaser. You can only request a refund for the items you purchased directly yourself. For the other products you have to reach out to the original purchaser.

We are deeply sorry for the impact the cancellation has had. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to reimburse travel or accommodation costs. These fall outside our responsibility.We recommend checking with your travel insurance provider, as some policies cover event cancellations.
Service fees, booking costs and entertainment tax are charged by the ticketing provider or the Municipality of Amsterdam, not by Music On Festival. Unfortunately these costs cannot be refunded as part of our process.
Music On Festival will return on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 May 2027 at Meerpark, Amsterdam. All artists from the 2026 lineup have already confirmed they will be there.
In an exceptional show of support, all artist on this year’s lineup have already confirmed they will be there next year. We are incredibly grateful to every single artist for standing by us. To make 2027 even more special: it will mark the festival’s 10-year anniversary.
After everything we have been through together, we are going to make it nothing short of monumental.
